I wanted to write you guys and let you know how wonderful everyone treated me up my most recent purchse at your dealership. You guys went above and beyond the call of duty in making sure the customer, myself was satisfied and you have captured my long term business.
Chauncey Williamson is a tremendous sales gentleman and was great to work with. The same can be said for Jeff Morgan, who was willing to provide many options on the closing and Danny Norris who was very professional and thorough in finalizing my paperwork. Unprecedented Customer Service
I just wanted to write you to let you know about my experience at your Rocky Mount branch. First off I live south of Raleigh approximately 78 miles from your Rocky Mount store. I have purchased multiple Ford vehicles and have always tried to deal and bargain with your Raleigh branch. I have yet to be able to get an honest customer service oriented experience at the Raleigh location which is much more convenient to where I live than Rocky Mount. I usually deal with Carolina Ford in Fuquay Varina and Crossroads Ford in Cary.
I wanted to let you know that I purchased a vehicle from the Rocky Mount Branch this weekend where I received unprecedented customer service and honesty. My experience with Will, Tim and Jeff should be a role model application for all of your branches. These guys were very easy to work with and honest from the start of my purchase to the finish. They were personable and very willing to do whatever it took to have a satisfied customer that was once ruined in Raleigh The vehicle I purchased was actually at the Raleigh Branch at the start of the weekend.
